Our Return Policy
We offer a simple 30 days’ return period starting from purchased date, this covers any reason excluding warranty. Please read below for full details.
Holiday 2022 Returns: Our returns policy has been extended to January 31st 2023 for any purchases made after November 1st 2022.
Exchanges and Return Policy
If you are looking to exchange your items for a different size we provide a FREE RETURN LABEL for the first time. Any subsequent exchanges will be charged £4.99 if you require a postage label. This does not apply to shuttlecocks,tennis balls and orders below £50.
If you are returning an item and require a return label from us there will be a £4.99 charge deducted from any refund.
How To Return Your Items?

Please email us at email@example.com with your name and order number and the items you wish to return. Please also let us know the reason for return. Once the return is approved we will send a prepaid postage label which is charged at £5.99 and deducted from any refund.
- Package the Return
Pleas ensure the items are safely packaged with the original invoice or note with name and number enclosed.
- Drop off at Local DPD Shop
You are also welcome to arrange the return via your own courier. This is however the responsibility of the sender to ensure the items reaches Smash Racket Pro.

Returns and Exchange Policy
The following requirements must be met for a refund to be approved :
- Items are within the return period(30days)
- Items must not show any signs of use and returned in original packaging – this includes the original plastic on racket handles and tags on shoes/clothing
- Items must not be customised – Grips applied to handle. Rackets that have a re-string applied can still be returned but there will be a £20 deducted for the string &fitting.
If the items returned to us do not meet the criteria listed above we will not accept them as a return. Items will be returned to you and Smash Racket Pro reserves the right to charge you for any additional services/shipping incurred.
Item received is faulty/damaged
Please email us with details and pictures of the faulty products – firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name and order number in the email. We will endeavour to get back to you within 24hours.
Wrong Items Dispatched
In the unlikely event we have made an error in dispatching the wrong items, please contact us immediately within 7 days at – email@example.com . Please provide your order details and images of the incorrect items received. . Items must be in the condition of which they were received. Customisation, removal of tags or grip packaging is acceptance of the item and will void any return.
How long for a refund to be processed
All refunds will be processed within 7 days once items are received . If the return requirements are met your refund will be processed minus the £4.99 DPD Postage Label if this service has been used. Shipping cost are not included in the refund unless there has been an error on our part.
