Created for two-time Olympic champion Fu Haifeng, the Li-Ning N9II Badminton Racket delivers pure power and precision. Coming in striking black and gold colors, this power racket comes with Li-Ning’s cutting edge DYNAMIC OPTIMUM FRAME which drastically reduces drag when attacking. The medium flex shaft combined with Li-Nings cutting edge UHB technology and Aramid fiber allows the smooth transmission of power from the shaft to the string-bed, enabling you to deliver explosive power on every shot.
The innovative trapezoidal frame combined with its Dynamic Optimum Frame extends and enlarges the sweet spot, allowing you to have greater control even with off-center hits. The widened string area increases repulsion and works fantastically with the speed of the racket, allowing you to control the momentum during fast rallies. Additionally, the Wing Stabilizer System helps to reduce the anti-torsion performance of the racket and the extra stability allows you perfectly control the extra power boost which the racket generates. If you are a dynamic player who likes to attack from all angles, this racket will complement your game perfectly and allow you whip killer smashes with ease.
We tested this racket with Li-Ning No.1 Strings at 26lbs and the combination produced an excellent acoustic sound, feel and touch. Created for Fu Haifeng, this racket more than lived up to its name by delivering thunderous smashes at the back court. The medium flex shaft makes this racket easier to control than stiffer shafts, allowing us to execute a variety of delicate drop shots and sharp slices smoothly.
The mid-court is another area where the racket shined, as we were able to produce powerful drives and pushes with minimal backlash. This racket did not have the rapid speed provided by the other Speed rackets (Turbocharging 7 and 9) at the front but the racket was still able to keep up with the fast pace shots with minimal strain when carrying out overhead interceptions. If you prefer playing at the back-court, then this racket will suit your game perfectly as it will allow you unleash pure power and break down your opponent’s defense with ease.
